Bank Statement
Overview
The pre-trained Bank Statement model was trained and tested upon the statements issued by all major banks in Australia. The model supports various layout, including:

Any other formats of transaction tables (e.g. transaction history printed from a webpage, transaction table printed from spreadsheets)
Review Result
PREVIEW
The pre-trained Bank Statement model will extract the bank account details as well as the transaction tables from your files. The data extracted will be listed under the PREVIEW tab. The following values will be extracted (if available) from the bank statements:
- Financial Institution
- Account Name
- ABN (Australian Business Number)
- BSB (Bank State Branch Number)
- Account Number
- Statement Start / End Date
- Opening / Closing Balance
- Total Credits / Debits
- Transaction Table:
- Transaction Date
- Transaction Amount (Debit / Credit)
- Description
- Account Balance
Tip
When you click into a Business Model field or a cell of an extracted table (if any), the corresponding highlighted texts in the file will flash and be underscored.
TAGGING
The extracted texts are highlighted with different colours in the left-hand side file viewer. And the TAGGING section lists all tags supported for the Bank Statement model and the word count for each tag. You may reveal/conceal the highlighter of the texts extracted for a specific tag by ticking/unticking the checkbox of the tag.
