Overview

The pre-built Utility Bill model was trained on a variety of bills issued by the utility suppliers in the Australian market, including Electricity, Gas, Water, Mobile and Internet providers.

Review Result

PREVIEW

The Utility Bill model will extract the following from the files and the data extracted will be listed under the PREVIEW tab:

• Property Address
• Due Date
• Issue Date
• Total Amount
• Account Number
• Invoice Number
• Customer ABN (Australian Business Number)
• Customer Name
• Customer Address
• Supplier Name
• Supplier ABN (Australian Business Number)
• Billing Start / End Date
• Service Phone Number

Tip

When you click into a Business Model field, the corresponding highlighted texts in the file will flash and be underscored.

TAGGING

The extracted texts are highlighted with different colours in the left-hand side file viewer. And the TAGGING section lists all tags supported for the Utility Bill model and the word count for each tag. You may reveal/conceal the highlighter of the texts extracted for a specific tag by ticking/unticking the checkbox of the tag.
