The pre-built Contract Notes model was trained upon the contract notes issued by the major stock brokers in the Australian market.

The Contract Notes model has the capability to automatically extract the following data fields from a contract note:

1. Broker name
2. Reference number: contract note reference number
3. Trade Type: Buy / Sell
4. Security Code
5. Security Market
6. Security Name
7. Security Type
8. Transaction date
9. Settlement date
10. Unit: Quantity of shares
11. Unit price
12. Brokerage
13. Tax
14. Accrued Interest (Bonds Only)
15. Maturity Date (Bonds Only)
16. Consideration
17. Total amount

These data values will be presented under the PREVIEW tab.

Tip

When you click into a Business Model field, the corresponding highlighted texts in the file will flash and be underscored.

TAGGING

The extracted texts are highlighted with different colours in the left-hand side file viewer. And the TAGGING section lists all tags supported for the Contract Notes model and the word count for each tag. You may reveal/conceal the highlighter of the texts extracted for a specific tag by ticking/unticking the checkbox of the tag.
